Most customers submit information via the "Financing" form in connection with their business relationship with a specific auto dealer. In such circumstances, Western Financial collects, uses, and distributes information only at the direction of that specific dealer. Questions about the financing process - including timelines, updates, and information about why certain information is collected and what is done with it - are best directed to the specific auto dealer you are working with. In other cases customers may submit information via the financing form on Western Financial, at which point Western Financial is working with a 3rd party advertiser which you are subject to said party's agreements.

Information We Collect

In order to provide the best service possible, Western Financial gathers information from a variety of sources to keep you informed about the many financial services, products, and benefits available to you as a Western Financial customer and to provide you the ability to manage your finances most effectively. For example, we may collect information from the following sources:

1. From you directly through means such as the online "Financing" form, written applications, by telephone, or electronically. This information may include your name, address, employment information, email address, Social Security number, income, and financial information;

 

1. Transactions with others or us. This information may include your account balances, payment history, and account usage;

 

1. Consumer reporting agencies. This information may include account information and information about your creditworthiness and credit history; and,

 

1. Public sources. This information may include real estate records and telephone numbers.

Restrictions on Disclosing Your Information

We will not share your information with any company or third party except as set forth below and in the Western Financial Privacy Policy. Western Financial may disclose information you submit via the "Financing" form:

• To dealerships through which you have specified interest in receiving financing from;

 

• To third parties that assist us in marketing accounts and services;

 

• To other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements to enhance our financial product or service offerings;

 

• To investors or other financial institutions that purchase loans from us;

 

• To consumer reporting agencies; and

 

• To third parties that process or service a financial product, service or transaction that you requested or authorized;

"Financing" Privacy Policy Revisions

Western Financial reserves the right to periodically revise this policy. Western Financial may, at its sole discretion, provide notice of any such policy change on its homepage, but such notice may only be posted for a limited time.
